The brothers Kinkaku and Ginkaku used them in the past and return with them in the Fourth War, revived with the Impure World Reincarnation. They seal whoever meets certain conditions of speech. They do not belong to a clan and do not work unless their conditions are met. The names and the brothers are inspired by Journey to the West, where two demons use similar treasures.","lvl":1,"ch":"naruto-526","pos":526},{"h":"The trap of the word","t":"The mechanism has several steps. The Kōkinjō rope tears out the opponent's “word soul”, the Shichiseiken sword cuts it and engraves it, and the gourd or the jar records the word that person has said most in their life. From then on, if they say it, say something that sounds the same or stay silent too long, they are drawn in and sealed inside. That is how Samui and Atsui fall into the Benihisago, and Darui discovers that his forbidden word is “sorry”, the very one he cannot stop saying.","lvl":1,"ch":"naruto-528","pos":528},{"h":"Darui turns the tables","t":"On the verge of being drawn in, Darui steals the sword and the gourd from the brothers and seals Ginkaku with his own weapons. Furious, Kinkaku enters the Nine-Tails' Version 2 and lays waste to the battlefield. The Raikage orders the last treasure sent, the amber jar, and with the help of Shikamaru, Chōji and Ino, who find Kinkaku's word, Darui seals him inside the jar. The two brothers are locked away forever instead of being sealed by the usual method for the Impure World Reincarnation.","lvl":1,"ch":"naruto-529","pos":529},{"h":"Tenten's fan","t":"The tools demand an enormous amount of chakra: an ordinary person would die using them, and Kinkaku and Ginkaku can do it thanks to the Nine-Tails chakra they obtained. The Bashōsen, which Kinkaku even kept inside his own body, produces all five elements according to what its bearer imagines. After the battle, Tenten finds the lost fan and uses it against the revived Kakuzu: she destroys his lightning mask with a gust of wind. It costs her nearly all her chakra; in the anime she ends up collapsed and is forbidden from touching it again, to her dismay.","lvl":1,"ch":"naruto-533","pos":533},{"h":"Swallowed and spat out","t":"Tobi seizes the gourd and the jar, with the brothers inside, and feeds them to the Gedō Statue to extract the Nine-Tails' chakra from them. Later, as the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, Madara spits both treasures out as useless and they land on Guy and Lee. Tenten stores them in one of her scrolls; in the anime she returns the gourd to Darui, who frees Samui and Atsui. At the end of the series, Tenten displays the gourd, the rope and the fan in her weapons shop.","lvl":1,"ch":"naruto-700","pos":700}],"characters":["kinkaku","ginkaku","tenten"],"related":["fuinjutsu","kurama","indra-asura"],"reference":"Naruto, chapters 527–535 (Kinkaku and Ginkaku against the Alliance) and 668–670 (Tenten and the Bashōsen).","sources":[{"title":"Guía oficial de anime: Naruto y Shippuden","url":"https://naruto-official.com/en/anime"}],"figures":[]}
