The class includes Boruto, Sarada, Mitsuki, Shikadai, Inojin, Chōchō, Denki, Iwabee, Metal Lee, Sumire, Namida and Wasabi, among others. Sumire is the class representative, Denki is a businessman's son, and Iwabee is a held-back student who mocks him at first. The anime and manga labels set this stage, which has no manga equivalent, apart from what follows.","lvl":2,"ep":"boruto-16","pos":701},{"h":"Team 7 and the Chūnin Exams","t":"In the manga, Boruto forms the new Team 7 with Sarada and Mitsuki, under Konohamaru. He asks to become Sasuke's disciple, and Sasuke agrees if he masters the Rasengan. In the Chūnin Exams, Katasuke offers him a scientific glove and Boruto uses it in secret, until Naruto discovers it and disqualifies him. Then Momoshiki and Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki attack the stadium, and Boruto ends up defeating Momoshiki alongside his father.","lvl":2,"ch":"boruto-9","pos":709},{"h":"Scientific ninja tools","t":"This generation grows up with technology as part of combat. Katasuke develops scientific ninja tools that let users perform techniques stored in scrolls without mastering them. Boruto's case showed their risks and limits. Later, in the anime, Denki earns his promotion with a suit full of tools, and technology allows prosthetics and other advances. They do not replace training and are not inherited by blood. In the manga, Katasuke's glove even ends up absorbed by Momoshiki, a sign that relying on technology has its price.","lvl":2,"ch":"boruto-16","pos":716},{"h":"New teams and chūnin (anime)","t":"The anime adds several teams. Team 15 brings together Namida, Wasabi and Tsubaki, a samurai from the Land of Iron. Team 25 includes Hōki, trained by Sai. In the anime's second Chūnin Exams, Boruto and Mitsuki are disqualified for arriving late, and Hōki, Wasabi, Sarada and Denki are promoted to chūnin. Tsubaki also receives an offer from the Land of Iron. All of this is anime-only material with no manga equivalent.","lvl":2,"ep":"boruto-226","pos":758},{"h":"Kawaki and the new Team 7","t":"Kawaki arrives in Konoha after escaping from Kara, which bought him as a child. Naruto takes him into his home and, after much tension, Team 7 brings him along as a teammate on some missions. Facing Boro, Sarada's Sharingan, Mitsuki's antibodies and Boruto and Kawaki's Kāma come together, and a new Team 7 takes shape. Kawaki and Boruto share the mark, but not a blood tie: their relationship is one of living together and rivalry.","lvl":2,"ch":"boruto-41","pos":741},{"h":"Three years later","t":"Two Blue Vortex picks up the story three years later. Boruto returns to Konoha after his escape and faces Code, while Sarada, Sumire, Kawaki and Himawari defend the village.
